Job Title: Warehouse Lead Job Summary: Train and develop working knowledge of all company operating procedures. Become efficient in the use of and knowledge of the companies ERP system (Eclipse). Will take hands on approach with help and supervise operational activities. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS THE AMBITION AND SKILLS TO PLAY MULTIPLE ROLES – THAT OF BOTH A WAREHOUSE LEADER, AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL.** Requirements: - Technological/Microsoft office skills - Able to lift 50 pounds of product - Excellent customer service skills - Organizational skills both in administrative and warehouse environments - Able to stock, pull, and organize product in the warehouse - Ensure all other warehouse workers are following safety procedures and doing their jobs correctly - Report to higher management on a daily basis - Able to keep composure in high stress situations/problem solving situations - Provide training and leadership/direction Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations and warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, records retention, document processing, basic supply chain management understanding, or comparable other office and operation experience in durable or non-durable goods distribution environment.
