Seeking an Attorney to help pursue a Civil Rights Violations (Americans w/Disability Act) as well as "Elder Abuse" Claims Against Waukesha Co..As well as possible Theft /Conspiracy Complaint..... In a nutshell, my wife was arrested for asking to borrow a cigarette, Confined, then Committed, and a guardian assigned & placement in a Group home, where she Still endures Abuse, Both Physically, and Sexually, with NO Response by her Guardian. I Have a "Durable POA's", with Health Care, Mental Health, and Living will included. No-One Contacted me regarding my wife's "situation" and is Now ignoring my POA's (3 of them.1-'02, 1-2010, and 1-2015). The County ( and her Guardian) has Seized her Assets and Over $150,000. For her "Care".! At most, Theft, at Least Misappropriation of Funds. And now her Guardian, Case worker, State Psychiatrist, State Appointed Attorney are all Conspiring to keep her (and 100% of her SSDI benefits) in a Group Home,(with "Disgraceful "Abuse Records that go Unanswered) in "The System", regardless of my POA's.
