Taco Truck needed for marathon Santa Barbara area

I need a taco truck that has CURRENT Santa BarbaraCounty health permit. We are serving all the marathon runners a plate of street tacos. Nothing else just a couple of street tacos on a plate and maybe some pico or salsa. I am paying for 100 plates up front. I can pay $3.50 per plate for this event so thats $350 for 2 hours on site.
