Job description: Looking for a responsible couple to live/work part-time on South Hernando County Ranch (Brooksville) starting on August 1, 2022. Ideal candidate would be a recently retired military, police, or fire person, who still wants to work at least part-time for some more years, and their spouse who would like to work part-time. A plus, but not required, if one of the persons is trained in medical (nurse, etc.). Duties to include, but not limited to: · Oversee 600 Acre property and assist the elderly owners. · Driving the owners, a couple of times a week (in their car). · Assisting the owners in a medical emergency, or some other urgent need. · Mowing pastures (note: for the right couple, this could be done by someone else). · Get quotes and arrange for repairs as needed. Property includes a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that couple would live in rent free, not including electric and cable. Salary range: $60,000 and up, depending on qualifications, desired number of work hours, etc. 2 Weeks of Vacation Base medical coverage is included.
