Rehoming our dog

Hello! We are needing to rehome our lab mix. He is about 6 years old and has always been an outside dog with our elderly dog. He has always been a wonderful dog but has recently started being aggressive towards our very elderly dog. They’ve been together since he was a pup so we’re not sure why he’s being aggressive? Maybe he’s trying to assert his dominance? He would be better in a single dog family with either no children or older children. Small rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a wonderful home.
