Are you ready for a UNIQUE slow pitch experience? Join us for The Fall Mulligan NSA Rules will govern all play unless otherwise specified. Each game will consist of 7 innings or 1-hour time limit, whichever comes first. THREE (3) GAME minimum Minimum of 8 players required to begin and finish game. 4 female, 4 male. Field alignment, equal number of male to female ratio must be in both infield and outfield. Weave is permitted. Top/Bottom line up is permitted. Open line ups are permitted. Player ejection is for that game only, unless the game umpire specifies the entire tournament schedule. UMPIRE'S DECISION IS FINAL. HOME RUN RULE: Players must buy home run wrist band. Wrist bands are $20 presale; $30 day of tournament, for unlimited home runs. No team limit on wristbands. Any over the fence homeruns hit by a player without a wristband will be considered an out. Mulligan Coin: Mulligans can be purchased at ANYTIME from the tournament director, $20 presale; $30 day of tournament. Mulligans can be used for ANY reason at ANY time up until the championship game. When a Mulligan is played, the game will resume from when the last pitch was throw, including number of outs, placement of runners, score, and batter's count. HOWEVER, Mulligans cannot be purchased by a team currently playing a game. Teams can only purchase and use ONE (1) Mulligan for the entire tournament. Mulligans cannot be used in the championship game. NSA Bat list is official. Check with umpire for verification. Bats must have NSA 2012 Logo. Balls: Co-ed Women 11” .52/275 or .44/400; Co-ed Men 12” .52/275 ONLY. All batters start with a 1-1 count, no grace foul. One courtesy runner per inning. 1 per male, 1 per female. Walk Rule: Each batter has the option to refuse a walk ONCE per at-bat. Balls reset, Strikes will not reset. Mercy Rule: 15 runs after 3 innings, 10 runs after 4 innings, 8 runs after 5 innings. +Minimum 4 teams required to run a division+ *THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR(S) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS REGARDING TOURNAMENT RULES, FORMAT, ETC. FOR THE OVERALL GOOD OF THE EVENT. Participants and spectators are expected to observe and follow all City of Kalamazoo Parks rules and regulations at all times.
