I NEED a Mechanic to help me get my 2002 Camry back on the road ASAP

Hi, so the first week of april, I hit a car that was parked at a red light. Unfortunately I had to get her towed home, I was too scared to drive her. Since then I have either, by myself or with paid help, replaced the radiator. New radiator fans have also been installed. The car will still eventually overheat due to the fans not kicking on correctly when they're needed (I am pretty sure this is the case because when I manually turned the A/C on they decided to come on then). Which is why I am thinking it's a relay or a fuse. I do have an OEM condenser that has yet to be unboxed but needs to be installed. I also have UV dye, as well as 2 cans of R-134a for when it's time. In addition to these issues, my hood is bent and latch will not engage. I need headlights and blinkers (which I have yet to purchase. I am holding out hoping for either a decent used pair or a new pair that aren't a hundred bucks. Anyway, feel free to call or text with any questions you have.
