Includes home chores, minor repairs, landscaping / irrigation, pool care, detailed cleaning, housekeeping, help with family pets, detailing cars, and helping anywhere needed. Job requires manual labor so must be physically capable. Unique position for someone who takes pride in their work and provides serious devotion to the positon. A high end luxury furnished apartment with beautiful views can be provided in TRADE for your first 21 weekly working hours each week. *(Luxury apartment very deeply discounted to allow for this). Your additional actual work hours would be paid by the hour starting with the 22nd hour each week. For this arrangement, no others are permitted on the property at any time. Must go off property if entertaining. Job requires a highly detail oriented person with real skills, a clean appearance, reasonable background and the ability to be bonded.
