Job Title: Tire and Lube Service Technician Reports To: Store Manager Job Description: This position is primarily responsible for tire related services as well as general maintenance services in an efficient and productive manner in accordance with Company and manufacturer standards. This position is also responsible for providing superior customer service. Job Duties: • Install and perform tire and wheel maintenance including Rotation and Balancing, TPMS re-programming and flat repairs. • Lube, Oil and Filter services: Change oil and accompanying fluids and filters. • Install batteries, wiper blades, belts, hoses etc. • Learn how to diagnose basic systems such as tire wear, brakes, and suspensions. Job Requirements: • Demonstrate the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks • You will need an elevated level of motivation, energy, and a customer focused attitude • Must be a team player willing to help wherever necessary beyond the basic work duties Benefits include Excellent pay based on experience.
