Hi, I'm Fozzie (Compatibility with dogs unknown). I am set to be euthanized June 12th, 8:00am! Why am I E-listed? I was petrified and shaking upon arrival at shelter. Although I am doing better and did nothing wrong, the shelter still wants me on the E-list. This is no reason to take my life away! I am a good boy! Will you save my life? I'm BEYOND handsome!! I am a 3-year-old, un-neutered, black, Chow Chow mix (55 lbs.). I was wandering homeless when someone brought me to the shelter. I was very scared upon arrival and was not super cooperative BUT within a week I have relaxed a bit more and am more friendly. Although it takes a little “sweet-talking” to leash me, once leashed, I walk well and have ignored barking dogs as I pass by their kennels. I know "sit”, “shake” and “down”. I am still a bit timid with people. No dog-to-dog eval was done, so I don’t know how I would be with other dogs, but I haven’t been reactive to them when passing by. I need a home with a foster that understands what I need, will go slow with me, and will give me the time to build trust and continue to progress at my own pace.
