Description
Join us to honor three new inductees into our chapter’s Hall of Fame, the 2022 recipient of the SPJ-DC Distinguished Service in Local Journalism Award, and this year's finalists and winners in the Dateline Awards for excellence in local journalism contest. The evening starts with a reception and cash bar cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Dress is business attire. We are offering all attendees the ticket price equal to the early-bird price for members the last time the dinner was held in person -- June of 2019 -- in hopes that all will come back to our annual tradition after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions on gatherings indoors. Please RSVP by June 8 to take advantage of this price before it goes up! Please be aware that the National Press Club currently requires proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before entry to the facility is allowed. Read here for more information about other measures in place at the Club to ensure a safe experience for all.
