Job description We are looking for a full-time skid loader operator, crew foreman, laborer to run a small 3-4 man crew to primarily install and remove silt fence. Having a CDL is required. RESPONSIBILITES (some training provided) Operate a track loader Work with hand tools (shovels, staple guns, utility knives, etc.) Ensure a safe, efficient workplace with field crew always wearing appropriate PPE Present a professional, and positive, attitude interacting with customers and co-workers Ensures all site work is done professionally and to required specifications for site Ensures job equipment & materials are well kept, maintained, and utilized without waste Additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather Strong attention to detail Must be able to work weekends (occasionally) and extended hours as needed Previous construction experience preferred but not required Current and valid driver’s license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The employee is regularly required to: Have full range mobility in upper and lower body; Be able to work by walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching. Good vision requirements include distance vision, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
