Young super friendly yellow stray

A young adult yellow stray cat has warmed his way into my yard and he really needs a loving Mom or Dad to give him a permanent home. He is probably about a year old to the best of my knowledge. He loves to be petted, he let's me hold him and brush him too. He really wants to come into my house but I already have 3 cats and 3 dogs. I just know he would make a really good companion for the right person.
