INSTRUCTIONS: Visitors and members of the congregation may sign up for reserved seating. Worship Service Personnel register using the designated link: Welcome to our church! We look forward to seeing you in service!. Mt. Pisgah is committed to providing a safe environment for all who enter. By registering for this event, I agree to answer all questions in the registration form and in addition I hereby attest to the following: I understand that a N95/K95 masks are required for all within the church building. Masks will be provided to any that are in need.I agree to follow the direction of the ushers in seating and movement in and out of the sanctuary.I understand that there will be no congregating in the halls of the church building; and I agree to follow all protocols for restroom use. I understand that at the completion of service all worshippers are expected to follow the directions of the Ushers to exit the building quickly.I understand that attendance at this worship is at my own risk and discretion.We thank you for spreading the love of Christ by keeping your neighbors safe during this time.
