We are a small property management company. We manage apartment buildings, Apartment Communities, Condominium Associations and Commercial properties throughout the Chicagoland area, Kenosha Wisconsin and Iowa. We are seeking a full time, long term maintenance and turn technician for our property located in Ames Iowa. Job Qualifications: *Must be 21 years or older *Must have reliable transportation *Must have valid Driver’s License *Must have at least 1 year experience in maintenance *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more *HVAC Certified a plus but not necessary Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (Full Time) Compensation - $18-$20 an hour based on experience and is negotiable. We are looking to fill this position IMMEDIATLEY
