Job Summary Hard working, energetic individual with good work ethics needed for maintenance position. Daily duties will include janitorial cleaning, trash disposal, set up/take down of tables & chairs for various events on premises, assembly and disassembly of equipment, furniture, etc. Light to moderate construction experience is essential, i.e., measuring, cutting, hammering, painting. Individual should be able to demonstrate a basic aptitude to identify problems, possible solutions, and coordinate with vendors if contractor help is required. Physical strength is a great asset. Ability to lift 60 pounds is standard. Will be required to handle extension ladders. Includes basic manual labor with hand tools for digging, scraping, chiseling, sawing, etc. Must work well with others and willing to take directives from specified persons. Truck with proof of insurance is beneficial. Ability to interface with contractors is essential. Current pool certification would be a plus, or ability to obtain in which math skills are required. A willingness to learn and grow into the job is crucial to this position.
