Tile 200 sq ft of bathroom flooring

Pictures are attached of the 2 areas. Total size of both areas is about 200 SQ ft. Both areas have a small closet area that also needs to be tiled (SQ ft reflects those areas). Area 1 (the larger area with gray carpet): Rip out the old carpet Install tile that matches the bathroom/bathtub area Area 2 (the smaller area with light colored carpet): Rip out the old carpet Remove old toilet Rip out the old tile in the bathroom Install tile Install new toilet I will buy all the material (tile, grout, toilet, etc.). I may need your advice in matching the existing tile although I have a couple of boxes it in the basement. You'll also need to tell me how much of the various materials I should get. You bring tools and installation skills. Materials will be in the garage. As you demo stuff, debris also goes in the garage. If you can take the debris to the dump, I will pay you whatever extra that amount is. When you respond to this, please let me know if you have any questions and let me know the following: 1.
