Mr. Rudolph Williams will receive the 2021 William Donald Schaeffer Helping People Award on June 30, 2022 at the Havre de Grace Colored School Museum and Culture Center. Along with the recognition of Mr. Williams, the Association for the Prevention of Sickle Cell Anemia in Harford and Cecil County and Eastern Shore and the Caucus of African American Leaders of Harford County will be recognized for the supporting work done by all to make the State of Maryland a better place to live for all.
