She has no legal custody after OCS (The Office of Children's Services) stepped in and removed the children from her and her husband's house after her husband beat, strangled and shook my 8 month old daughter. After being granted custody by OCS, I met with their mother once a week for her to have 1 day visitation (8 hours). 2 Sundays ago, she picked the girls up and fled state. Their mother has a warrant out for her arrest, is facing at least 4 class A misdemeanors, and is believed to be in Northumberland PA.
