Goldendoodle puppy needs surgery

I have a little Goldendoodle girl that has a Dermoid cyst and the vet told me that she would need a cosmetic Dermoid removal surgery. They told me it would be optional because it would not affect her vision. I can’t pay for it, so I’m looking for someone who will fall in love with her sweet nature and be able to prove it for her! She will weigh somewhere between 30-40 lbs full grown.
