Ok, here's the request for our perfect dog because I know he/she is out there somewhere! We would like a dog (not a puppy) that is laid back and trustworthy with small children and babies and other animals. The dog would need to be accustomed to living outdoors and be well-mannered. Would not run off, but stick close to home without being leashed. We want a dog who will faithfully protect our gardens from deer, rabbits, armadillos, etc but not just bark all night at nothing. Breed does not matter so much, in fact mutt is great. Nothing too hyper or agressive. Preferably not too large with a big food bill. Willing to pay a small rehoming fee, but not interested in dog sales. Thank you for reading and helping us find our family dog!
