Come and join the unique experience of a cacao ceremony, breathwork and free expression movement/dance. The event will start with the cacao ceremony and then transition into the breathwork and finally the movement/dance part. The dance portion will be done with a blindfold which creates an internal experience. The event will end with savasana. The combination of the breathwork and movement can result in the feelings of deeper connection, joy, transcendence of time and space, psychedelic qualities, tribalness and much more. **Not recommended for those that are: pregnant, suffer from cardiovascular issues, experience sever psychotic breakdowns. The facilitator, Allan, has led these events across different states and festivals. He creates a specifically curated dance mix designed to connect and interact more deeply with the music and internally within. The music is rooted in medicine bass music and organic bass music but spans across different genres. Please bring: -water -comfortable clothes to dance and sweat in - a blindfold (there will be extras) -a yoga mat (optional- there will be extras for use) -a journal and pen (optional) The event will be held in Seven Studios in downtown Columbus. There is free parking on the street because meters are free on Sundays. This is a pay-what-you-can event. The event is considered free because no one should be excluded from attending because of finances. However, donations are encouraged and do help cover the cost of renting out the space so anything and everything is appreciated. Cash and venmo are acceptable form of payments. Questions?
