We are in search of a janitorial professional, someone with experience in cleaning condominium communities. The day-day duties are as follows: clean clubhouse, mop the floors, clean bathrooms, stock paper dispensers, re-stock hand soap, wipe down gym equipment. Clean the residential buildings, de-bug and clean off all cobwebs, blow leaves off of landings, wipe down window sills and stair railings, wipe down mailboxes, bulletin boards, and police grounds for debris. Work week is Monday thru Friday 8-4 We are in need of someone who speaks both English and Spanish
