Rental World of Osceola is a growing, Family owned and Stihl dealership. We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals interested in working on consumer and commercial lawn equipment and small portable generators.
Applicants must own tools, be able to work in a team environment, must be organized and detail oriented with experience with 2 cycle engines. Electrical trouble shooting also a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Correctly diagnose and repair equipment.
· Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
· Complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
· Keep shop clean and organized.
· Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
· Diagnostic/Trouble shooting skills and ability to perform mechanical repairs.
· Good communication skills.
· Good people skills for working with public and co-workers.
· Must have full set of tools.
· 1 to 5 years experience.
BENEFITS & HOURS: Employees work 45 Hours a week with 40 Regular Paid Hours and 3 to 5 Hours Overtime, as well as receive free paid medical insurance benefits.
