Rental World of Osceola is Looking to Fill Their Loader Position. Rental World is looking for a fast paced, friendly person with attention to detail and initiative, as well as someone who it looking for longevity within their Job position. LOADER Loaders are responsible for assisting our sales and rental agents on the front counter by processing and completing loading of equipment and other needs for customers and store employees. Loaders are responsible for showing customers the efficient and proper usage of equipment. This position operates heavy machinery and equipment with safety and responsible efficiency. Detailed Work Activities (INCLUDE BY NOT LIMITED TO): Perform Physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials. Operate heavy equipment and machinery by running, maneuvering, navigating or driving in a safe and appropriate manner while maintain proper awareness of one’s surroundings. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation Train new loaders in the safe and efficient operation of machinery Complete daily duties as required in a fast and efficient manner Provide a fast and courteous service to the customers. Must ensure a solid understanding of equipment and comply with safety standards. Provide constant communication with your supervisors, peers and subordinates Keeping up-to-date technically with machine operation, etc., and applying new knowledge to your job. Be a team player, enjoy working alongside co-workers and providing great customer service. Please Note: Job Location is Outdoors with sometimes little to no shade. Applicant must be willing to work in extreme heat and weather conditions. BENEFITS & HOURS: Employees work 45 Hours a week with 40 Regular Paid Hours and 3 to 5 Hours Overtime, as well as receive free paid medical insurance benefits. QUALIFICATIONS Must have experience in Forklift Operation, Running Engines and Equipment knowledge such as loaders, chainsaws, and more.
