The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience: - Plumbing and Electrical knowledge - Painting - Trim/Finish Carpentry - Drywall Repair - General Skills Needed for Remodels and Work Order Repairs - Be flexible, dependable and a team player! In addition, all applicants must have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation/Truck, Basic Hand Tools and a willingness and aptitude to learn.
