Calypso and Quicksilver charters seek snorkel trip and dinner cruise crew. Ave $25.00 or more per hour comprised of wage plus tips and commissions. Plus paid vacation, health insurance, and 401K available (variable depending on full or part time). We pay time and 1/2 overtime! Calypso runs from Ma'alaea Harbor. We run snorkel trips to Molokini and dinner/sunset cruises. Snorkel shifts run approx 5:00am to 2pm, 7 days a week. Dinner cruise shifts run approx 3pm to 9pm. Quicksilver runs from Lahaina Harbor. We run snorkel trips to Lanai, afternoon snorkel and dinner/sunset cruises. Snorkel shifts run approx 5:00am to 2pm, 7 days a week. Mid-afternoon snorkel trips run along the West Maui coast M, W, F. Dinner cruise approx 3pm to 9:30pm. All crew must be excellent in customer service, safety conscious, possess a healthy dose of common sense, a team player, be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be seaworthy as conditions can be rough. Snorkel trip crew must also be an excellent swimmer, able to free dive to 20 feet with snorkel gear, and must know how to clear your ears. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests throughout employment. Medical marijuana or CBD products with TCH are not acceptable. Must be reliable and on time for all shifts. Potential for all-around crew, or focus on snorkel or dinner cruise. Full time or part-time opportunities available. Competitive pay rates. Hourly, tips and commission average $25 per hour.
