Apartment Maintenance Technician / Handyman Needed
Job Duties:
-Complete general maintenance items in an apartment
-Must have basic plumbing and electrical skills
-Change locks
-Install appliances
-Some painting skills needed
-Must be willing to help with trash pick up when needed
Job Requirements:
-Strong Work Ethic
-Reliable Transportation to and from work
-The ability to lift 40 lbs.
-Basic Hand Tools required
