Currently looking for a Groundskeeper for multiple Apartment properties in the Melbourne/PalmShores area. This position will start at $15/hour depending on your experience and your ability to achieve a satisfactory level of performance. Starting off with approximately 2 days/week and increasing depending on performance Must be able to perform the following tasks: - cutting grass - maintaining lawn - trimming around trees and walkways - clearing debris - mowing, weed eating, cutting tree limbs - planting trees and plants - ability to lift up to 75 lbs. - able to work in Florida outdoor weather Must have the following: - Experience in using and maintaining riding and push lawn mowers, pole saw and various gardening hand tools - Pass background check. - A valid driver's license - Reliable transportation - Non-smoking Please call 321-704-0382 for more information.
