$75 per hour for HVAC maintenance and break/fix for 10 HVAC systems. Must have experience with Carrier and Mitsubishi heat pumps and gas furnaces. Annual maintenance for the units and brake/fix. Carrier heat pumps are the biggest break/fix issues. Locations are Rockport, MA; Manchester, MA, Beverly, MA; and Salem, MA.
