Oak Ridge Landscape Design & Excavation is hiring crew leaders and laborers on our landscape maintenance division for the landscape season. We are a family owned growing company located in Braintree, MA. Must have experience working with and educating other employees as a team. We offer competitive pay, new equipment and plenty of room for growth. Must have own transportation to and from shop, minutes from bus stops and Quincy Adams train station. - Valid MA drivers License with clean record and DOT card.
- Drive truck with a trailer to various locations.
- Manage crew members and assist in constant training.
- Organized, hard working, with a positive attitude.
- Experience in mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, edging, clean-ups, lawn & planting installations.
- Keep daily work log.
- All jobs done completely and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enforce cleanliness of equipment, trailer, truck, job sites and shop.
- Reliable with open communication to your superiors.
