It's always patriot time in the Summer. Get ready for the 4th of July! You will make 6 truffles choosing from 6 different flavors of truffle dough. There will be plenty of sprinkles with white and dark chocolate for dipping. I will also show you how to make a "truffle pop" and how to make chocolate decorations for cakes, ice cream and all your favorite desserts. Don't forget that you can choose your glass of wine from the large selection of wine from Schoolyard Winery (or a nonalcoholic drink).
