Join us for a Master Class classic - a rundown of one of the most popular and definitely most polarizing wines... the girl who brought us to the dance: Chardonnay.
Do you like oaky chards? Crisp apple-y ones? Do you like the austere elements of a Chablis or the Regal Cinemas-likeness of a California butter-bomb? Come to class and you'll find out.
We will be tasting at least five different Chardonnays from around the world: all of which are made in different ways and thereby presenting quite uniquely in the glass.
Tickets include wine samples, bread and butter (palate cleansers!) and sparkling commentary from Liz Moss Woerman, current WSET Diploma student. $35 per non-wine club member, $30 for club members.
