Horns wanted for social justice brass band!

Looking for some horn players to round out this new six-piece brass band! As a longtime participant in the brass band scene, I've formed a group with a mix of my original social justice songs and some up-tempo (and deep cut) tunes. Lineup: Drums/vocals (me) LOOKING FOR: Trumpet Clarinet LOOKING FOR: Tenor (or bari) sax Trombone LOOKING FOR: Tuba Should know how to read music and take solos. I would love for everyone to be a part of the creation process! Women, trans, and nonbinary/genderqueer people will be prioritized. If you play and own other instruments (including singing), let me know as well. Logistics: Our preferred rehearsal space is off the Halsey stop on the L, or possibly other spaces in the same price range. In the nicer weather, we may utilize outdoor and rooftop spaces. Rehearsals will be no more than once a week (and possibly biweekly to start). As a low-income freelancer I can’t cover anyone’s expenses. Obviously I would love to make money from this, but at such an early stage I don't expect that to be for a while. If you have experience in that part of the business, that's definitely an asset.
