Description
WESTBOROUGH, MA — The Westborough Health Department in June will host a coronavirus booster shot clinic for senior citizens.
The June clinic will feature the Moderna version of the COVID-19 vaccine. The Moderna shot comes in two initial doses, but anyone can get a booster at least five months after receiving a second shot.
There's also now a second booster shot available — which would be shot No. 4 for people who received an initial two-shot vaccine version, like Moderna or Pfizer — to anyone over age 50 four months after the last shot.
The Westborough Public Health Department's clinic will run from 10 a.m. to noon on June 27 at town hall. Register in advance here. If you have questions, contact the health department at (508) 366-3045.
