WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Nicolas S. Hnatiuk, 24, of Meriden, was arrested May 2 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 6, according to state judicial records. Nabeel K. Nassar, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested May 2 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 28. Brian F. Heriot, 64, of New Haven, was arrested May 2 on two counts of violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting bonds totaling $15,000 with a court date of July 11. Phillip Camara, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested May 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 22. Neisha E. Santos, 24, of Meriden, was arrested May 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 7. Waymon D. Ramsey, 62, of Wallingford, was arrested May 4 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 7. Jeffrey M. McNicholas, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested May 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 16. Austin F. Brancifort, 22, of Cromwell, was arrested May 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 15. Kevin Correia, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested May 9 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 28. Glenn Jackson, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested May 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 21. Peter M. Napierkowski, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested May 13 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 24. Colleen Magoveny, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested May 14 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 16. William B. Estridge, 58, of Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on charges of second-degree threatening and first-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond with a court date of June 17. Thomas Drury, 73, of Meriden, was arrested May 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 17.
