Initially as a process engineer, and later in sales and consulting, he leveraged his technical and communications skills to bring value to his employers and clients. He draws upon his experience as a search and rescue volunteer, Ski Patroller and five-time IRONMAN triathlon finisher to engage and motivate audiences. Currently he speaks on a variety of topics centered on personal effectiveness and maximizing your potential.
