The Santa Fe Chaîne Bailliage has a long history of superb Bastille Day dinners. The menu conceived by Chef Sean Sinclair of Legal Tender & with wines selected by our Vice Echanson, Maris Veidemanis, should make for a perfect celebration. Chef Sinclair’s résumé includes Albuquerque’s Farm & Table & the Inn at Little Washington, in Washington, Virginia.
