Ever heard of a leadership club called Toastmasters? Held at Lake Bluff library, Toastmasters is a public speaking professional club. Great for leaders, managers, or anyone who is wanting to improve their communication skills. Membership not required to join meetings. Sit in as many times as you like before officially joining. We start out with announcements, introductions, go through planned speeches, give feedback on speeches, do an impromptu speaking segment, and conclude after a formal review of that meeting. Expect to grow as a person in your professional life and personal through improved relations and communication!
