Our training will focus on the three-phases of HCEs and through discussion, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on reality-based training, you will be prepared to help yourself and your organization to prepare, prevent, respond, and mitigate these security concerns SEMINAR INSTRUCTORS Seminar instructors have 60+ years of combined experience in the New York Police Department with specific experience in Counter-terrorism. Louis J. Rapoli (President & Founder) was a career law enforcement officer for twenty-one years with the New York City Police Department. Throughout his career he gained vast experience working in schools, with specific experience in counter-terrorism. Louis has been engaged in a many law enforcement debriefs and lessons learned of both domestic and international High Consequence Events. He has vast expertise in a array of critical areas to include: active shooter incidents; preparation, response and recovery, threat assessments, workplace violence and target hardening. Christopher J. Biddle, Ph.D. (Chief Learning Officer) is a recently retired counter-terrorism specialist from the New York City Police Department. During his twenty-two years in law enforcement, he was a co-founder of the NYPD Counter-terrorism Division Regional Training Center and has trained over 20,000 military, federal, state, and local law enforcement personnel in counter-terrorism training programs. Robert Eiler (Senior Instructor) served twenty-two years with the New York City Police Department and retired in the rank of Sergeant. Among various assignments with the NYPD, he was also an instructor at the Police Academy. Robert was involved in the rescue and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center during 9/11. He has obtained extensive training in some of the following areas: Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction and Active Shooter.
