This course is taking the intro seminar and expanding upon all the things we did and going a few steps farther. this is going to be a lot more physical and training with partners then the Stay Away intro seminar! we will meet July 9, 16, 23, and 30th from 1-230ish. The things taught in this course are specifically for situations that women get put in and dealing with an attacker that has the intentions of sexual assault or rape. This is not an easy topic, we do this course because of how important it is! Every women has been in a situation they will never forget, we want to empower you all so that those situations lose the grip they have! This course will be taught by IKMF (international Krav Maga Federation) Graduate Level 4 Rob Mendenhall. Rob has been teaching Krav Maga since 2015 and completed the Women's instructor course in early 2022. He has a wife and daughter that he doesn't want anything to happen to and is passionate about equipping and empowering women to prevent/stop any scum bag from being successful!
