Please help me find him, life won’t ever be the same without him! Chouchou saved my life and it’s my turn to try and save his. Description: Pallid green quaker (light green) smaller than most quaker parrots, has blue flight feathers under wings, can say a few phrases in English, friendly with people, has leg band, white/cream belly and forehead with neon green/yellow spotted feathers on the rest of the body. He has a silver leg band that has his ID # to confirm his identity if found.
