Journeyman Roofers - 1 day small shed residential roof project

We are looking for a 1-2 guys for a gambrel re-roof project.. Its a small 10x12 structure with significant moss growth that needs the old roof removed and new shingles installed, property cleaned up and shingles disposed of. We are a small, family-owned roofing company that provides roof install and maintenance for our customers on composition, tile and slate roofs. If you are a roofer and have worked piece rate or flat rate before please text me a little bit about yourself and your experience to the number attached to the ad. Project is a 3 square gambrel style shed. Please have a roofing gun that is in good repair and doesn't overdrive or under drive nails, small trailer to dispose of shingles, tear off shovel, hammer tacker etc. Pay is flat rate per this job, however additional jobs are per square for install and hourly for tear off. We are fairly laid back here, the only thing I ask is that you do the job SAFELY, and correctly. Taking care of the customers property and the companies equipment is very important as well. You will need the ability to work unsupervised at time and put in quality work without someone micromanaging you. Pay is paid via company check, Venmo, CashApp or direct deposit/transfer depending on the situation. There are long term positions available. This particular job will be pay at the end of the project and cover the flat rate for removal of all shingles, replacement of any plywood needed and disposal fee's.
