Looking to embark upon a project I've always wanted to do. I'm a professional DJ in my 50's and have played in hard rock bands in the past as a singer. I also play drums for the purpose of rehearsing. Looking for a guitarist that wants to put together a heavy riff-oriented rock bank covering old country tunes. I don't think anything will come out of this ad, but doesn't hurt to try. Try to imagine Social Distortion doing The Most Beautiful Girl in the World by Charlie Rich, or Brian Setzer doing There Stand the Glass. Bakersfield on roids. Big rock. I've got crappy PA that's good enough for my own vocals. If you have drums, even better.
