Description
New to canning or want to refresh your canning skills? Join us for this day-long boot camp on home foods preservation. Participants will learn the basics of the boiling water bath method, proper pressure canning procedure, dehydration tips and tricks, and easy pickling and fermentation methods. The program will allow participants to gain hands-on experience and walk through the preservation methods with seasoned agents to help them through each step.
