Ridge View High Arts Innovation for Medical Sciences School announced today that it has been recognized as a 2021-22 Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Distinguished School. "We are extremely proud to be recognized as a Distinguished School, particularly by an organization that empowers millions of students across the nation to unlock their potential and success in college, career and beyond," said McLeod.
To be eligible for the designation, Ridge View had to meet the following criteria in the 2020-21 school year: These programs inspire and engage students in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), and prepare them with the in-demand, real-world knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in life beyond the classroom.
