Rachel Thoene (Pronounced Taynee like rainy) is a 20-year veteran of California Public Schools, where she served as a high school administrator for at-risk youth. Her innovative approaches to delivering quality education helped marginalized students find success, connect with the curriculum, and help build affirming relationships between the students and their respective teachers and administrators. Rachel is a published author and an award-winning speaker and coach. She also runs teams of agents in NorCal and Hawaii. Teaching and coaching is her passion, and her motto is "Walk in Love..." from Ephesians 5:2. "Breaking Barriers" is a class designed for anyone and everyone who has ever "stalled" out or been gripped by fear and trepidation about what comes next.
