Press release from the City of Louisville: June 6, 2022 The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP operating permit for Morris Forman Water Quality Treatment Center (municipal wastewater treatment plant), 4522 Algonquin Parkway, Louisville, KY 40211 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. This is an initial synthetic minor operating permit. The 30-day public comment period starts on June 7, 2022, and ends on July 7, 2022. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
