I'm looking for someone to sand down our floors, stain and polyurethane. You bring all the tools and do your best to reduce or clean dust. The room is small, maybe 150 sq ft. It's a rental. Please give me a price and your availability. We're in Berkeley, at ground level with pretty easy access for tools and parking.
