About the opportunity: We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper! Clean on a daily basis and as scheduled by the direct supervisor: • Office, Clubroom, and other common area amenities • Model apartments • Vacated apartments • Laundry rooms, mailbox areas • Other common areas Routinely perform the following housekeeping tasks in all areas noted above: • Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors • Empty wastebaskets • Dust and wipe all surfaces • Clean ovens, microwaves, stovetops, and kitchen hoods • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, showers, and bathtubs • Clean kitchen pantry, including all shelves/drawers • Clean appliances (exterior and interior) • Sweep and clean fireplace hearths • Clean windows, mini-blinds, mirrors • Sweep and clean balconies, patios • Sweep areas directly outside apartment entrances • Inform Community Manager and/or Service Manager when cleaning supplies are needed. • Report maintenance needs to the Community Manager or maintenance. • Pick up litter and debris on the grounds. • Be aware of community goals relative to resident satisfaction and resident retention and always interact in a friendly and professional manner. • It is the Housekeeper's responsibility to know and adhere to all federal, state, local laws, and all policies and procedures contained in the community. • Have knowledge of, update, and maintain the property records of chemicals used onsite (MSDS Sheets). Requirements: • Must have a positive attitude. • Must be willing to participate as a team member. • Must have a consistent work history and verifiable references.
